  • Order & delivery: address, city/area, order notes, pickup or delivery preference
  • Booking: name, phone, branch, date/time, and booking notes
  • Careers / messages: information you submit in forms
  • Customer account (if used): registration and account preferences

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Session / technical data: needed to operate cart, language, and secure API communication
  • On-device preferences: such as language and UI settings stored locally on your device
  • Location (optional): only if you grant permission, to help find nearby branches / distances on the map. We do not continuously track your location in the background and we do not use location for advertising
  • Limited operational logs: such as technical errors or request timing, for reliability and security

3.3 What we do not currently collect/use in the app

  • We do not sell personal information
  • We do not currently show in-app targeted ads
  • Push notifications are currently disabled in the app; if enabled later, clear consent will be requested and this Policy will be updated
  • We do not request contacts, microphone, or camera access for the current app features
  • We do not currently process credit/debit cards inside the app; payment is typically cash on delivery or another in-store method offered by us

5. Device permissions (Android / iOS)

  • Internet: required to load catalog/branches and submit orders/bookings
  • Location (approximate/precise): optional; used only for nearby branches / map features. You may deny permission and still use the app

You can change or revoke permissions anytime in your device settings.

We process data as needed to provide the service you request (order/booking), based on your consent (e.g., location permission), for our legitimate interests in securely operating the store and improving the service, or where required by law.
